1.Hold the bearing finder in the left hand and place the polished-surface of daylight mirror in the right hand.
2.Overlap the two holes on the bearing finder and daylight mirror with target.
3.Adjust the mirror so that the images of the crosslines and the inner circles appears of the back of the bearing finer by aid of sunlight reflecting.
4.Thus, it can reflect the sunlight to a passing ship or aircraft.
